Review stage: all papers can be submitted for review in Word/PDF format.
A paper does not need to be written in LaTeX to have your paper reviewed. Only if you are accepted to the volume, do you need to be concerned with converting your document to LaTeX.
Specific submission formats will be specified by each volumes’ editors and communicated in the call for papers.
While our goal is to increase our whole academic community’s ability to work directly in LaTeX, we know that it is unfamiliar and even intimidating to learn new technological things. As you will see here, there are submission instructions for people at various levels of technological expertise/interest. So do not let the technical issues deter you from publishing with us.
